The combination of warm weather & summer sun with outbursts of cold rain can often lead to people feeling a bit Bleugh! - Headaches, Migraines, sinus problems & colds are common symptoms at the moment.
The good news is that there are natural ways of combatting these issues -
For headaches & Migraines, simple relief may be found by pressing the padded area on your Thumb or Big Toe. Regular massage of the Head, neck & shoulders may also relieve tension spots that may be adding to the problem & Cold compresses of Lavender & Peppermint oil may also help when placed on the forehead. **
For sinus trouble, working on the toes or fingers may help relieve pressure - as can a facial massage. Tea Tree oil, Lavender & Thyme oil can also be used as an inhalation to help with this issue in the form of 2-3 drops added to a tissue. **
Colds, likewise, can be treated using Reflexology work on the sinus, Lungs & Throat reflex, & a blend of Tea Tree Oil, Lavender, Marjoram & Thyme may help with respiratory issues. **
If, on the flip side, you are suffering from Sunburn... Then you can't beat a blend of Jojoba Oil blended with Camomile & Lavender oils!
